Did something come up and you need to change the time or day of your appointment? No problem! Just text or call us and we would be happy to accommodate your busy schedule. We just ask that you give us some time to adjust ours. If you cancel or change your visit within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment we’ll charge your card on file and issue you a credit that you can redeem for future service. Same day cancellations negatively affect our certified cleaning professionals, so if you cancel the same day we’ll need to apply a $25 charge. Any cancellations within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment or no-shows will result in a charge of the full visit price. Please note that we are not in the office on Sundays. Any Saturday night and Sunday messages or emails will be treated as if it was received Monday morning at 9am.

 

If you have booked the service as a reoccurring appointment and you cancel services for ANY REASON before the second appointment, you will be charged the full ONE TIME price (as listed on the booking form) for the job instead of the discounted price you received for it being set as a reoccurring service. Meaning you will receive a second charge for the difference amount between a ONE TIME APPOINTMENT and the REOCCURRING APPOINTMENT you selected.
